The fastidious wimpy crybaby detective, Sumeragi Sento, and his twin assistants, Hoshibami Mete and Hoshibami Yunde, are cloaked in a dubious atmosphere. The detective agency "Night Owl" is willing to take on any request, depending on money and conditions. There is a girl whose organs have been stolen, a top dancer who has disappeared, and surrounded by the presence of money and violence, the Owl eats rats today.
