In the otherworldly kingdom of Barbaria, three types of superpowered beings—Earthcurrent, Anacurrent, and Horus—coexisted with ordinary humans. However, 21 years ago, King Balthazar suddenly issued a royal decree, beginning the extermination of Earthcurrents, excluding those in the capital city.

While traveling with his companions towards the royal capital to defeat Balthazar, Cal is suddenly confronted by a monster that entrusts him with a piece of its left arm, along with the words, "You will change the world." Soon after, the monster dies, and Lambert, a boy from Earthcurrent who appears as if following the monster, reveals that the monster is actually his older brother, who was subjected to biological experiments by scientists .
